I've been photographing again, I had to share my favorite necklace that I wear all the time. It's a lampwork cabochon that I set in a bezel setting made of silver. For the photograph - I doubled up a multiple strand cable necklace that has a cool bayonette clasp that fits so nicely through so many beads.

Back to the other beads - seems more finished pieces this go 'round... earrings and necklaces - some silver bezel pendants etc. and thought I'd share some here. Below - this is a variation to the paddle earrings - with the bullseye imprint. I've chosen to make the smooth side the primary side. What happens is the sunlight bounces around in the impressions and it looks like it's lined with a silvery metal...

Love all of your work, but this cab set in silver must go with anything you choose to wear. I have a necklace like this for a bead I got from Bronwyn Heilman a long time ago, has many strands, and it makes a statement. I'm curious did you set the bail horizontally or vertically. I've had lots of problems when people don't think to put the bail on vertically. This one looks like it is set that way. Love the earrings too, they do glow.

When I initially started making the cabs - I thought ones about the size of a penny were max size I'd manage.

But, this is about the size of a silver dollar. The bail IS a horizontally soldered silver tube and it's about 1/2" long - nicely sized tube to accept many chain/clasp combos. Also, the longer bail makes it so that the pendant doesn't 'rock'.
